We believe that exquisite, high-quality and colourful cuisine is absolutely possible without meat. Vegetables and fruits deserve the attention they truly merit.A great deal of care and effort goes into bringing these products to your plate – and we want to give them the place they deserve on our menu.



Will Guggital become a fully vegan restaurant?

No. Guggital remains a restaurant for everyone.We place great importance on the quality and origin of our meat and fish and stand fully behind our products. Vegetarian dishes have always been part of our menu, and we are experienced in preparing them carefully and separately from meat dishes.



At Guggital you will find:

Why is this important to us?
