Send gift card directly to the recipient (with desired date):

• Choose: 'Someone else'

• Select the desired shipping date (You will receive an order confirmation with your gift card code. The recipient will receive their gift card on the selected date.)

• Write a personal message to the recipient. This text will only be visible to them.

What message does the recipient receive when the gift card is sent directly to them?
Subject: You have received a gift card from 'your name'

The recipient will receive your personalized message, your name, the gift card code, and the amount of the gift card.

You are purchasing a gift card on behalf of someone else:
On the second page of the order process, your customer information will be requested. The entered name and first name will be passed on to the recipient. Please enter the name and first name (or company name) that should be shared with the recipient.

Print or send the gift card yourself:

• Choose: 'For myself'

• The gift card can be forwarded or printed after purchase.

Please contact us. We will gladly send you a printed gift card.
Please do not book an online gift card at the same time.

Paying for the gift card:
Secure payment via conventional credit and debit cards, as well as Klarna instant transfer.

What happens after purchase?
You will receive a purchase confirmation by email and a second email with the gift card.
If you sent the gift card directly to the recipient, you will receive the purchase confirmation by email, and the recipient will receive the gift card by email (on the chosen shipping date).

The purchase confirmation does not serve as a gift card.

Redeeming the gift card:
Gift cards are only valid with a complete code.

Please print the gift card and present it when paying at the restaurant or hotel.
If you cannot print it, send us the gift card online.

What is the gift card valid for?

Do I have to use the entire gift card amount at once?
No, the gift card remains valid until the amount is fully used.
(No cash payout)

How long is my gift card valid?
Gift card amounts do not have an expiration date.
