Guggital Winter – Flavour, Warmth and Gentle Anticipation

As the air grows crisp and the Guggital settles into its calm winter rhythm, it becomes the perfect moment for warm, heartfelt enjoyment.


Our winter menu invites you to indulge in seasonal delights: creamy black salsify soup, homemade tagliolini with fresh truffle, aromatic pumpkin risotto, delicate mushroom creations or monkfish wrapped in bacon. And for those who love the classics, our beef fillet with port wine sauce is a true winter favourite.


There is something for everyone: Fine classics, Swiss and Zug specialties, beloved Guggital favourites, and winter dishes with fish, meat, vegetarian and vegan options.


And in true Guggital tradition, we serve homemade desserts, ice creams and sorbets.
