Our exclusive Fishlovers menu takes you on a culinary journey through lake and sea:from delicate octopus carpaccio and premium Gambero Rosso to our Swiss salmon from Lostallo – sustainably raised in pure mountain spring water and known for its exceptional freshness and quality.
The experience is complemented by carefully balanced courses such as burrata pappardelle with lobster ragout and a refreshing yuzu sorbet – elegant, surprising and full of flavour.
