Our seminar rooms:
Meeting room: 65 m², space for approx. 18 people, on the lower ground floor.
Banquet hall: 85 m², for seminars up to 30 people and meetings up to 80 people.
Please note that the banquet hall is primarily intended for banquets and can only be booked at certain times.

Our meeting room offers a comfortable and professional environment for your seminars and meetings. The room is equipped with modern technology and offers flexible use for different types of events. With a room size of 65 m², the room is ideal for meetings of up to 20 people.

Our 85 m² banquet hall offers space for seminars for up to 30 people and meetings for up to 80 people. The hall is equipped with the latest technology and offers an elegant and spacious environment for your events.

If you book a seminar package for 8 people or more, the room rental fee is halved. For 12 people or more, the room rental fee is waived completely.

Information and rules for seminars at Guggital
Event details
When advertising your event, please differentiate between the venue and co-organizers to avoid misunderstandings.
The rooms will never be rented out for events with external consumption.
We rent the rooms exclusively for seminars and meetings. Sales and purchasing events are not permitted. (If this information is missing when booking, we will cancel your booking and charge 100% of the costs.)
Adjustments and offsetting
We reserve the right to adapt the premises if the number of participants at your event differs significantly.
The size of your registered event will be charged.
Written cancellation by participants (max. 10% of participants) up to 48 hours before the event: 50% of the price.
Written cancellation by participants (max. 10% of participants) up to 24 hours before the event: 75% of the price.
Cancellations on the day of the event by participants will be charged 100%.
If a participant wishes a separate menu, this will be charged extra.
Room use and cancellation
It is not permitted to attach adhesive tape to objects or walls. (Damage will be charged.)
Your personal setting up of the room and the release of the room counts towards the usage time.
Cancellation of the event:
From 2 weeks before event: 50 %
From 1 week before event: 75%
From 2 days before event: 100 %
